My fiancé went here to purchase my ring. Ended up taking three visits to get the sizing correct, and was told I would have to pay more because they had to adjust the sizing. Once it fit, one of the diamonds fell out the next day. At this point I was in tears. Took it in and they replaced it no questions asked. It did not make any sense to me why I would have to pay them because they sized it incorrectly. This whole experience was awful, would not wish this on anyone.
High end jewelery shop with on site designer and master jeweler. Lots of precious short supply stones and massive gold, silver and mixed metals settings. Gorgeous stuff but bring your wallet. Some pieces were six figures. Charming and knowledgible staff.
