This is my all-time favorite Saugatuck destination! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and the selection is unbelievable. Not only will you find everything you could ever want for your dog, but it is also at very affordable prices! They carry many unique, handmade items that you can't find anywhere else, as well as homemade treats that my dogs are obsessed with! I love coming in on Saturdays so I can meet the shelter dogs looking for homes. This is definitely the best pet store out there!

I was impressed by the curtious, friendly and knowledgable sales staff. They were great with my dog Jax and he warmed up to them right away. Dogs know who the good ones are, he's usually quite shy. They have a good assortmant of assesories and know how to fit them. They even have clothes and sunglasses for your pet! Unlike the big pet store supply chains chains you get personal service, service you can trust. I would highly recommend this store to eveyone, they care.
