Great place.
Worse than Motel 6 quality for $299/night. Do yourself a favor and stay at the JW Marriott Grand Rapids for the same money and drive the 30 min into Saugatuck. Single window A/C unit for a two bedroom "suite." This "Resort" has no pool and no breakfast. Probably the worst overall value I've ever experienced in a resort property.
Location was good. The place was so dirty and dusty. We went out an bought our own sheets and blankets b/c it was gross. The "murphy" bed was so uncomfortable that we woke up with back pain everyday. For $300/night you would expect a nice place. The place needs to be scrubbed down and cleaned really well. I don't recommend it at all! Very expensive and highly disappointed.
Basic hotel, convenient for short stays
This place is wonderful, the staff are so kind and helpful. The rooms are beautifully done, and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and silverware. Outside grilling area over looking the lake.I highly recommend this place
