Ida Red's is one of my favorite brunch places of all time. Food is great and atmosphere is fun. When I lived in Michigan I would come here every weekend.
We opted to sit on the patio to eat because there were several tables before us. Thought it would help free up the dining space. We were given the menu and a cup of coffee. It was 53 degrees out. We did not see a waitress again for 15 min.. I had to go to the service door and ask for help. Finally another waitress came out. The original never offered an excuse or an apology. No apologies from anyone. Also, why would olives with pitts be served? After many years of Ida Red's, NO MORE!
One of my favorite breakfast places. It's a small, cozy location with amazing breakfast scrambles and corn cakes with actual corn in them. The staff is always kind and the ingredients are very fresh.
A tradition when in Saugatuck in the mornings. Great food, friendly service, but come with cash, as they do not take credit cards.
Cute little place serving homemade breakfast and lunch delectibles. I recommend the cornmeal pancakes. Warm, savory with a touch of heat. Beware though if you are there at a busy time the wait to be seated and the wait for in your food can vary from substantial to "are you kidding?".
